Solar plexus, Located just above the naval, it is your center-the essence of who you truly are. This chakra represents your personal power and self esteem, confidence and willpower. This is your personality and warmth as well as your productivity. It is represented by the color yellow and the sound ram. The image is based on a meditation I use regularly to emerge from savasana: drawing upon an imagined ball of glowing light spiraling from your center, feeling the warmth and the light which shines from within.
